TradePoints was built as a rewards marketplace where traders could earn and redeem points across multiple partner businesses. Rather than tie a trader to a single supplier, it set out to connect many of them into one shared experience.


The aim was to replace disconnected supplier loyalty schemes with one shared rewards experience, where a trader's activity across different partners all counts toward the same rewards.


Working with CXForge, TradePoints launched on a loyalty platform that handles the earning, redemption, partner integrations, and trader experience behind the marketplace.

What is TradePoints?

TradePoints is an independent loyalty marketplace based in Australia, designed for the trading community. It gives traders one rewards identity that grows as they transact across different partner businesses.


Because it sits independently across many partners rather than inside one brand, TradePoints can do something a single-supplier scheme cannot. It can reward a trader for their activity across the whole network.
